Challenge: The space hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 18 months, with lingering odors, stained carpets, and dust buildup in HVAC vents. The client needed the project completed in 3 days before employees returned.

Our Solution:
To tackle the scale and urgency, we designed a 3-phase plan:

1. Assessment: Conducted a walkthrough with the facility manager to identify priority zones (e.g., high-traffic lobbies, and executive suites).
2. Specialized Teams:
   • Floor Crew: Used truck-mounted steam cleaners with eco-friendly solvents to lift deep-set carpet stains.
   • HVAC Team: Sanitized air ducts using rotary brush systems with HEPA filtration to capture allergens.
   • Surface Squad: Disinfected desks, elevators, and break rooms with hospital-grade disinfectants (EPA-approved for COVID-19).
3. Night Shifts: Worked after hours to avoid disrupting nearby tenants, utilizing UV-C lights for touchless sanitization in restrooms.

Result:

• Completed 2 days ahead of schedule.
