Challenge: Post-event trash overload (balloons, confetti, food spills), wax residue from decorative candles, and a 6 AM deadline for the next day’s daycare program.

Our Solution:
Transformed the chaotic venue with military precision:

• Zone Strategy: Divided the space into quadrants, assigning teams to handle:
  • Floor Crew: Removed confetti with magnetic sweepers and scrubbed wax spills using heat guns and plastic scrapers.
  • Kitchen Team: Degreased commercial stoves and mopped food spills with citrus-based cleaners to avoid chemical odors.
  • Trash Patrol: Compacted 50+ bags of waste into eco-friendly dumpsters, recycling 80% of materials.
• Overtime Coordination: Worked in rotating shifts from midnight to 5 AM, using LED task lighting to avoid disrupting nearby residents.
• Final Touch: Applied a light citrus-scented finish to leave the space smelling fresh for the daycare’s morning arrival.

Result:

• 3,000 sq.ft. The venue was restored in 5 hours.
